Nah I don't think it is sis? the positive outlook the hadith is talking about is an outlook we should take with everything? focusing on the good is generally beneficial? Na'3m the hadith may be specific but I don't think it needs to be seen within its context in isolation? when it can bring about other benefits in every situation?
wallahu Alam I'm no muhadith! so its best I don't say anything , but that is my general understanding of it sis :/
