Maybe she's just an arrogant dinosaur who doesn't like you. Not much you can do about that. Well, yeah, you could take the positive approach like MST said above, and try to 'make friends with her' and all that.

All librarians are like that. Apart from 'The Terminator' at my uni, but he's sort of funny. And 'Dexter' who got stuck between two tables. Long story.
