I have met muslims who have told me to wear a hijab because of modesty. I have had muslims tell me to eventually wear one when it feels right. I have had muslims tell me that it isn't the 5 pillars and I should follow the 5 pillars before anything. I have had some muslims tell me the Quran only says to cover your chest down.
