if you except that the 5times salaah is obligatory but dont pray them you will still be a muslim to an extent because you acknowledged your duty but didnt complete it and will be punished for that(unless Allah wishes different)but if you dont accept that salaat is incumbent on you then of course you are branded a non-muslim and Allah knows best
