Maybe theres explanation about this insha Allah, but maybe theres condition that someones words will really happen to the mayit...Allahu A'lam.
no brother, the words have to contain truth , of course a lie of the man will not cause the dead man suffering. The backbiter must hav valid reason i guess, Allahu Allam. Personally i wouldnt even backbite my worst enemy when his dead... his suffering will be enuff...
