Sunnah Fi3liyyah means Sunnah of Actions, In other words, Things that Rasulullah himself actually did.
Sunnah Qawliyyah means Sunnah of Words , i.e. things that Rasulullah Said.
Sunnah Taqreeriyyah means Those things which Rasulullah Affirmed. For example he would see a Sahaabi doing something and then either say something to affirm what the Sahaabi was doing, or either keep silent to what they were doing to show his approval.
