I also did that sometimes . When I came to ta'lim of ust. Yazid (he is student of syaikh Uthaymeen and we study Riyadhus saliheen and Fathul MAjeed), and he always asked the students to prepare the book and he always say "SILENT, HEAR AND WRITE" And after he said the fawaaid on each hadiths I will pretended writing and look down, yaa Allah I felt silly . Well what I could do, I just picking out from my office so I can go to talim .
