The only way we know Prophet MOhammed is from what was written and recorded.. NO-one can say they know the mind of him because none of us knew him. To say If NOn muslims knew prophet mohammed they would convert.. is not possible to say because they are never liable to meet him, we can only rely on historic recorded facts.
