Supplication/Dua is a beautiful aspect of our religion, but I notice these days many Muslims hardly ever supplicate to Allah. This is because there is a certain arrogant notion that we can do major things without the help of Allah, therefore, why would we seek the help of Allah for even minor things?

I also think it may be laziness too. Like I see people who pray, but they dont take a couple of minutes or seconds to make a personal du'a afterwards. Allahu a'lem. Then there are those who sit there for like 10 min making a du'a mashallah, may allah bless them ameen. Inshallah everyone will be steadfast in their du'as and salaah ameen.
