وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ
And verily, you (O Muhammad) are on an exalted standard of character. (Al-Qalam 68:4)

The Messenger of Allah used to say:
The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character.
(Related by al-Bukhari)
