It is mentioned in the Qur'an by Allah SWT... that those who say we are Christians are the closest to the Muslim in terms of religion... and Allah further said that we should not bother them because they are our brothers.... Pardon me for not quoting the actual verse.... but I hope I was able to convey the right message.
