basically Adam was never in paradise because paradise is not a place from which you can get kicked out, plus nothing is forbidden in paradise, theres only good inside it. So the heaven in which Adam was contained a forbidden fruit and also he got kicked out. Finally paradise contains no devil, Heaven had shaytaan breach it.

Allah has created seven paradise's, and these are not similar to heaven ....But paradise and heaven are the same.
