Nobody knows what anybody's final destination will be. So in this life, it's better for a muslim to keep hope that he/she, along with his/her loved ones will be rewarded with heaven.

On the day of judgement, it is the Islamic belief that due to the intense fear of hell and punishment, people will not care for anybody but themselves.
