First of all, the fact that you're only restricting yourself to one culture (or that of a similar one) does not help in your search for a wife. Your best bet is going to the masjid, and signing up for a matrimonial. Then, inshaa Allaah you'll find someone with the same interests as you, and you can talk to them with a third party. If you really like her, approach her wali for her hand in marriage, and alls well.

May Allaah bestow you with a pious wife for you inshaa Allaah.
