Just to clarify Inshaa'Allaah in case anyone was confused like me because the question says 'Is it Correct to pray without wadoo...?'

wadhou (with fatha) is the water that you do ablution with and wudhou (with dhumma) is the action that is performed.

But of course I realised they meant the latter.
