To be honest, I think the only option is to stop seeing her. Unless she converts (and it has to be for the sake of Allah, not to be able to marry you), you can't marry her. And since she is a woman that is not your mahram, ie. not your mom/sister/aunt/daughter/etc., you can't even be alone with her in a room.
