whats the matter with you you used to be so keen?

towards good is what you were striving for
but now, with much regret, it seems like its a chore
but one should know that ibaadah is not a bore
rather if you do some, you will you want to do more

it leaves you feeling tranquil inside
and it will be on your side when you die

it will leave you walking with a bright smile on your face
and it will leave you feeling ace
and towards good you will want to haste
and for this dunya you will give up chase
and realise that it's (Dunya) a waste

'cos its filled with much worry amd sorrow
worrying about what will happen tomorrow

when you should be worrying about tonight
for all you know you could be in for a fight

the intoxication of death is what im implying
you've seen it on others, and its left you sighing
and in wonder at what its like to be dying
and towards Jannah your eager to be flying

and hmmm....i cant help but wonder if your all sighing
at how long this rhyme is, i think you's im trying

but i tell you what
i thought id give it a good shot
because this could be my last rhyme,
because today, to LI, Inshallah ill be saying goodbye....

So just a quick request from me
to keep me in your dua's...please
