asalam alaikum wr wb,

I understand. It's very difficult knowing what to say, espeically when the person is not family. It took me years to talk to the bro I mentioned. However, I doubt that you talking to this brother will have any affect, since he seems to be enjoying what he is doing and he won't want to know. Talking to his sisters is better as they can then inform his parents and together they can do something about it. I hope you do that soon inshaAllah.

wa alaikum asalam wr wb.
