Yes, I think people "see" what they like when they're duly motivated. I'm still circling this one hadith in which Kaab al Ahbar is said to have counted the days to the Caliph Omar's death. Kaab al Ahbar's writings are at the very core of my studies, but in all the records I've found, none of them name him as a phophet, yet he claims he saw the Caliph's death in the Torah. That man has landed me right in the center of some very serious religious cross-fire and it has taken me almost nine years to fully work it out without bringing the whole House down
