To the rebellious Christians and Jews for rejecting His revelations (unless they accept the Gospel and all Allah's other revelations). But is that said specifically for them? Because so many times, I come across sources where it's being said for disbelievers in general? I'm sorry, I don't know for sure now. May Allah forgive my ignorance.
