Fine let everyone have access to their own laws. Let people go to work nude - let God be the judge. Be fair to all - let everyone have some peace.
What seems fine to you (just marriage and divorce) is
your opinion (which of course you are entitled to) and to be straight with you, you are not an authority on Islam (not even being a Muslim) - I mean no disrespect here my brother, just highlighting an important fact, May Allah guide you to good (ameen)!.
