They should make it compulsory for all children (from pre-school) to train in the following martial arts:
*kenpo/sword fighting
*muai tai
*ninjitsu

That way, the kids would actually beat the crap out of bullies. It'd also eliminate bullies too as every child would be disciplined in 3 freakin martial arts!
