Oh Please, it is my considered opinion that everyone in the world participates in recreational pharmacology, this remains so, wether you advise them to continue or discourage them from the practice. In balance, to advice against such "Snorting sum Choice Snow", would be preferable.
In my educational establishment, they installed a Blue light in the male toilets to dissuade the gentlemen from such "Juicing the main line..PHAT!", but it was of little avail.
