Don't worry about it,it happens to everyone.Maybe something you're concerned with has sunk into your subconcious mind and is perturbing your dreams...make du'ah to Allah(SWT),read aya'tul kursi before going to sleep,and also I heard that reading Al mu3awazat(Al-Falaq and An-Nas) 3 times before falling asleep is beneficial.I don't quite remember the exact reasons for all three surats,but it's kind of like,for protection from Allah(SWT) during the night.(If anyone can bring up sources or something,that would help

Also...don't eat heavy/spicy food before sleeping...it's known to cause nightmares.lol.It's a bit weird but,from my experience,true.(And plus..it's not very heathly.
