May be , that man was feeling guilty while drinking and promised that it's his last time to drink forbidden item and he will quit this bad habit Allah knows one's heart ; also Allah knows who will listen and repent and who won't . They are deaf, dumb, and blind, so they return not (to the Right Path). ( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #18)So , Allah knew , that drunk person will accept the truth if get a chance and so He saved his life. And God Almighty knows Best.

You forgot the best part. He was so overjoyed and greatful his words slipped and he said, "Oh Allah you are my slave and I am your master!" instead of "I am your slave and you are my master!"

You are right! How could have I forgotten about the end which is too funny.
And Allah SWT was so pleased with him as what's in his heart was pure.

    Salaam/Peace

I love this story : Allah is more merciful to His servants than mother is to child.

..Some captives were brought to the Messenger of Allah and there was a woman among them whose breasts were full of milk. Suddenly, this woman saw an infant in the midst of the captives. She took hold of it, brought it into her bosom, and started nursing it. The Prophet then told the Companions, "Do you think that this woman would throw her child in the fire?" We said, "No, By Allah she would not, if she is able not to." He then said, "Allah the Exalted is more merciful with His slave than this woman with her child."

    another hadith :

Allah ordered the appointed angels over you that the good and the bad deeds be written, and He then showed how to write. If someone intends to do a good deed and he does not do it, then Allah will write for him a full good deed, and if he intends to do a good deed and actually did it, then Allah will write for him its reward equal from 10 to 700 times to many more times.

And If someone intends to do a bad deed and he does not do it, then Allah will write for him a full good deed (in his account) with Him, and if he intends to do a bad deed and actually did it, then Allah will write for him one bad deed. (Al-Bukhari)

Don't know about this one. It does more to impress upon me Allah as a bean counter than has showing grace.

I dont remember the name of this story but I like the one that talks about a kingdom where men favored men instead of their women and Allah(Exalted) flooded/turn upside down/ the city that created the seas to be separate. Please, brothers and sisters, if you know this story, let me know because I forget it all the time. Anyhow, that is how the two seas became separate with the difference of pressure, density and how NOTHING lives in the dead sea. I like this story because it explains how the oceanology in that area made birth and I find myself telling that story over and over again in America. This story should be a movie in itself as a warning.

    Salam,
    Yahya

Allah will account for everything we do, and look how generously He records our good deeds, and how kindly our bad deeds. And, should He wish, He can overlook our bad deeds on the Day of Reckoning.

And that is due to His infinite Grace and Mercy to us. Glorified and Exalted be He above being a "bean counter."

    Peace.

The story about men favouring men is that of Hazrat Lut. The people of Hazrat lut used to commit many sins such as robbing and men used to desire each other. It was when sins became rampant in the city that Allah told Hazrat Lut to preach to his people. The people were so indulged in their sins that they just ignored him. This made Hazrat Lut sad but he did not give up preaching. Hazrat Luts wife was also one of those who ignored his preaching and was one of the sinners (just like Hazrat Nuh's wife). The people of the city threatened to throw him out of the city if he did not give up preaching. Then one day some men who were of the most handsome nature were spotted outside the city by Hazrat Luts daughter. They asked for a place to rest and she immediateley ran to tell her father. Hazrat Lut came to them and tried his best to try and be hospitable and at the same time inform the of the nature of the sinful men of the city so that they may go somewhere safer to rest. Eveantually it was decided that the men will come to rst in Hazrat Lut's house at night so that they wont be seen but Hazrat Lut's wife went and spread the news of the men to the whole city. Soon a mob of men came outside Hazrat Lut's house and started banging on the doors. Hazrat Lut to them to give up their sons and thy could even take his daughters in marriage. Once again, thy ignored and broke down the doors. When they reached inside, The beautiful men revealed that they were angels and immediateley the mob ran away in fear. An order was iven to Hazrat Lut that he should leave the city with his family except his wife before sunris. At sunrise the city was overturned and stones of clay hailed on the city so that the city was lost forever. The city was known as sodom. Thats the story of Hazrat Lut (Peace Be Upon Him).
About the seas. If im correct youre thinking about Musa. When he was escaping from the pharoah he gave the command for te seas to be split and it was split in half and then Hazrat Musa along with his people crossed the sea. When he crossed the sea returned to normal and pharoah and his men who were crossing at that time were drowned. Allah tells us in the Holy Quran that these are signs for beleivers and we should act and lean from these incidents.

The dead sea is also part of the punishment on the people of Lut.

Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah , is easy." [64:7]

    Alhamdulillah!

Yes, thats the one. Yes, it is where Lut's(pbuh) wife told the people indulged with sin about the 3 handsome traveling men(who stayed with Lut(pbuh) through hospitality and prevention from these sick people) and the crowd surrounded Luts(pbuh) door. One of them I believe was Angel Gabriel that exposed himself and with the VERY tip of his wing, he scooped up the city up to the seventh heavens where Angels can hear the dogs bark and smash them upside down to the ground. Then it rained for several days if not months to cleanse such filth from this society. When Angel Gabriel exposed himself, didnt he at first wipe the men of sin eyes off their faces? Not sure...

As for the seas, I believe it is also Hazrat Lut(pbuh). Musa(pbuh) only split the seas as an escape route then drowned those of evil who followed. What I meant when said in separate, I meant how the dead sea made birth and exists til this day through density, temperature, salinity and the Gibraltar sill. Atlantic ocean is 36% in salt while the dead sea is 36.5% which keeps them in separate surface tension in oceanography studies. (Quran, 55:19-20)

It is really sad how America is accepting and providing a special treatment for homosexuals. Most other countries wouldnt allow such a chosen disease.

Its sad because when I went to Walt Disney Land in California, there was a MICKEY MOUSE parade that occurred and vast of the men dancing and prancing were gay. They were shameless to be so open in front of kids and kids had to witness this sickness being tainted at such a young age. Movies even advertise such disgusting impurity, thus why I mention this story in hopes one to recreate this story as a warning and awareness. If no one has or will make such a movie, it will be on my movie to do list.

    Thanks brother haseeb4.

    Salam.

    No problem Brother Yahya4D!
Actually i did my research on disney and well its moreover a satanist company. It greatly promotes this 'horrible sin'! you can ever search up this stuff on google. This age is one of great deception. I actually learned first about disneys truth through a video series on youtube "the arrivals". Its very informative abt dajjal and satan, i suggest u watch it.

Yes, thats the story of Hazrat Hajra.
Hazrat Hajra was the wife of hazrat Ibrahim. Hazrat Ibrahim had a dream In which Allah told him to leave Hazrat Hajra and Ismail in a desert. Hazrat Ibrahim left her and their son, Hazrat Ismail, in a desert area called Becca which was situated on a trade route called the "incense route" and was inside a valley. Soon, Hazrat Ismail and Hazrat Hajra began to feel thirsty and soon Hazrat Ibrahim began to cry due to extreme thirst and Hazrat Hajra feared his death. Hazrat Hajra then left Hazrat Ismail and ran in search of a source of water. She climbed up a nearby rocky high point for a good view in hope of the presence of a lake or of a passing caravan. In the opposite direction at a distance was another small hill which she ran towards and climbed for view. She consistently hastened between these two hills. She ran back and forth between these two hills seven times after which she sat for rest. These two hills are called Safa and Marwa. At this time Hazrat Ismail was kicking the ground with his feet and when Hazrat Ismail hit his feet in the ground suddenly a spring gushed forth from that stop. Hazrat Hajra then gave her son water to drink from this and drank her fill too. After this she said Stop! or Stop!Stop! to the water but it kept on flowing. Stop! or Stop!Stop is pronounced ZamZam in arabic i think and that is why this well is called ZamZam.

This well still gives water today and i heard it will never run out. Pilgrims going to the Kaabah can easily obtain ZamZam. It is the most purest and best water on earth and can is good for healing sicknessess. I think its bin scietifically proven Aswell that it is the purest water. As for Safa and Marwa, it is said in the Holy Quran that they are signs of Allah. In remembrance of Hazrat Hajra, running between the hills of Safa and Marwa is a blessed part of the Hajj and Umrah.
I hope that i helped in relating this story to you.
May Allah bless us with more knowledge!
    Ameen!
