i am going to develop an web site (portal) in which students can develop projects and share with others so can found team mates for his/her project

there is a lot of examples like sites below:

Hi guys,
At this moment I am analyzing online project management tools and searching for ones I came across your forum.
I would like to recommend a tool that will be especially fun and interesting for kids. It is called ProjectOffice.net. It has a very fine and interesting interface at the same time it is very intuitive and easy to use.
Moreover it has iGoogle, Netvibes, Pageflakes gadgets, and a desktop notifier called Buzzer.
You should check it out.
