Eid gift - Page 4

Today we decided at work to have a bring-and-share office lunch next Monday to mark the end of Ramadan.
It will not be a real Eid celebration, of course, but still a celebration with our Muslim colleague. Perhaps we are all feeling for her, having missed out on so many sweets and treats in the office over the last month! Now we can share our goodies with her again!

Funnily enough, our Muslim colleague doesn't know about this yet, as she has been off work since last week. I hope she will like the idea ...

Why don't you start bringing candies for your form class then everyone will start doing it... But if i got this correct candies/chuddies/fizzy pop/crisps not allowed in school oh well

Abdullah, Kitty's suggestion is a good one.
Why not just bring a treat into your class (providing that's premitted) and tell your friends it's your way of celebrating Eid.
It's quite difficult to say no to a gift made in friendship, you know ...

Bring a bag full of fruit, most fruit which people eat A lot is Nana,apple,strawberry,pineapple,cherries... ALL

Im not sure if this has already been suggested,but how bout some islamic canvases? Thats what im getting one of my mates, theres sum beautiful ones up on eBay.. and at good prices too

The childrens eid gifts are the easiest.. they always seem to be happy with simple things like chocolate, money, toys etc.
