lol sister have u ever grown a beard? or tried?

it gets **** itchy sometimes lol but inshalla i will grow a proper one when im in uni (only 2 years hopefully :P)
i think thats why we dont take it seriously - well its why i dont
but im aware of the benefits of it and everything.

Brother, WHY do it lAter and not now.. n how can u be SO suree ull b alive after 2 years ... DEATH can knok ur door any second ... so ..inshAllah try keepin it from now .. imagine u were to die.. How wud u FAce our BELOVED Prophet saw .. HOw WOULD YOU FEEL if he turned his FAce away from you.. just the thought of it makes us weep...

i try not to imagine that i will die - its 2 depressing 4 me :P
however, ur point is true. and i should really be growing it properly now. problem is that me beard dont grow properly. also i dont feel ready to actually take it on. i believe that i still have more to learn about this world and islam b4 i am to grow this beard - im not ready yet to take on that responsibility. thats what i meant by in 2 years time.

Do you differentiate between hijab and the buhrka? Is the first a covering worn as prescribed in your religion and the buhrka is not required. Do women who wear a buhrka feel invisible as they move about in their surroundings?

Most Muslims do. The Hijaab is generally regarded as the simple head covering (not including face) while the Burqah is an outfit that covers the body in its entirety. It could be said that the Burqah is a style of Hijaab, as there are many styles.
