__________________In the books of Fiqh there are a number of instances wherein the conditions for the testimony to be accepted is that the witness has to be an adult, sane, free, and also a male. However these books only describe the Shurut without going into much detail. Are there any works that explain why for these cases the testimony of a female is not acceptable at all?
