I have read the verses on his skin.. there is no denying that he has a somewhat documented fairly common skin condition, but there is also no denying that his skin skin forms perfect Quranic Arabic verses!
Is it possible parents intentionally copied the verses on the child skin?

I believe they're Chechen. A language is imitable, you don't have to know it, nor the script for that matter, to be able to copy it. I was wondering whether it is medically possible for markings to disappear every week to be replaced with new ones.

They didn't write it, the markings are beneath the skin surface..

The markins appear similar to those in dermatographic urticaria patients.

Assalamo alaykom,
And there are doctors who examined and couldn't find any signs that it would have been any person who made these marks with a sharp item or similar. The baby often felt like it had fever and screamed a lot til the marks appeared, but I don't believe any parent would do it intentionally to their baby if it hurt it.
Wa Allaho alem.
