    In SA you can go to malls, shopping etc and at very least the shop staff will be courteous, whereas here even staff are not. We had to report once, to clicks that their staff was racist (call me a gangster) n got an aplogy.
    I've always assumed that Muslims in non western countries, some at least, get along with the nationals there because of a "us vs them" complex.

    It's stupid though. If you're going to hate someone for their skin color, then it's just as rational to hate them for their hair or eye color and I don't have time for that kind of stuff.

    Racism is downright stupid and it stems from having pride. We need to live as we have been taught and think about the suffering of our beloved Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) and his companoins. Definitely what difficulty we go through is nothing compared to what they went through.

    Marrying a person of another Race is entirely upto the individual. Islam recognizes such a thing as Kufw (compatibilty between spouses)
