recently i appear to have loads of spots under my skin, you can't see them unless im in clear daylight and I can feel them, any ideas on how to get rid of these?

Go to a doctor?

Might be a food allergy/reaction or side-effect of some medicine your taking?. Best to ask a doctor. Google around on the net - try google Images search to see if you can see similar pics and get a name for it. I pray Allah cures you (ameen).

one o ma cousins told me those typa things normally appear when your under stress or thnking feverishly a lot..


if you calm down and stay tranquil it'll just go inshaAllaah.

how can you remain calm when your stressed, and even when i try being calm, things are always on my mind, constantly playing with my thoughts..
Ive started using simple soap morning and night, dont think they have all gone but think its prevented alot more coming out..
oily skin - dnt keep touch your face etc and always use a clean towel/tissue..

You need to see a derm about this pls.
spots can be and mean anything from lentigines to Von Recklinhausen disease, do you really want to be diagnosed on the web?

yeah go to a dr... no one will be able to trully help u here .. lol we are not doctor's .. u gotta go to the dr to be really sure what it is .. it might be something dangerous that requires immediate treatment

I believe Stress is only a condition of the mind. Seek Allahs Help, nothing can cause you harm unless Allah SWT wills it. Ask Allah to point you in the right direction but do your part aswell. If that means you have to speak to a doctor then speak to a doctor and Ask Allah to guide you to the right answer for all your issues. Trust in Allah not to let you down and his Mercy is beyond what you could ever imagine. His help can come from places you never expected.
