wha i hv noticed is dat there 2 many religouz ppl in Leicester,, i thought my town B'ham is da more islamicly place in da UK....

It is at the Portland Bulding of De Montfort University.
On the bottom floor, the guys will be in the guys prayer room, and the girls in the girls prayer room.

DMU, yeah i know where it is..but i dnt think ill be able to attend it reson being
its at 6:30 which is late,
dnt think any of my sisters would go on a last minute notice since they r busy
n i m nt one of theTarget Audience for it .. so Alhumdulillah i wnt b missin out on much ..although id love to go n learn of sum hints n tips they would b giving ..but inshAllah theres always a next tymm

the talk was good mashallah short but sweet, for those of you who want to know what it was all about...... it was basically about our youth and how we should make the most of it while we are studying.......... heres one the main hadith which were mentioned.

"Take benefit of five before five: your youth before
your old age, your health before your sickness, your
wealth before your poverty, your free-time before your
preoccupation, and your life before your death."
[Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam - al-Haakim,
al-Baihaqee: Saheeh]

insha allah there will be an islamic awareness week which will commence on the 7th February and will run till 11th February

Those of you who study at the Demontfort University are urged to participate as much as possible, and bring friends with you (including non-muslims) insha ALLAH.
