Once you have downloaded please follow the information below on how to extract according to the download.

If you have downloaded the files listed under Abdul Rahman Alsudais, locate the directory in which you downloaded the files to. Right click on QRFull-AbdulRahmanAlsudais.part1.rar and click on "Extract Here".

If you have downloaded the files listed under Sa'd Al-Ghamidi, locate the directory in which you downloaded the file to. Right click on QRFull-Sa_dAl-Ghamidi.part1.rar and click on "Extract Here".

If you are having any further difficulties, please post in this thread for help.
And yes I agree it takes time to download, but it is recitation of the whole Qur'an; so please be patient while it downloads. If you do download, please say show thanks by saying thank you. I would appreciate if you did because I started uploading this last night and resumed it this morning, in total its taken about 5hours...prettty long but it's been useful.
