In the Quran, Some Prophets, peace be upon them, have been mentioned by two names. Please identify three of these Prophets and their other names.

Prophet Muhammad first of all, in the Qur'an he was called Muhammad and also Ahmad as in surah As-Saff.

Also Prophet Yunus, in Surah al-Anbiyaa he is referred to as Dhan-Nooni.

in one of the first battles of islam there was a certain sahabah who was being followed by someone who he felt at the end he had no choice but to kill. when he killed the man he found it was no other than his father. regarding this Allah revealed an ayah about his killing,
that those who believe in Allah and the last day lovingthose who resist Allah and His Messenger

who was this sahabah and what ayah was revealed.
