yh it's sunnah fi3liyyah (regarding the actions of the prohet) to wear a ring, the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam had a sliver ring and had engraved on it 'Muhammed the messenger of Allah'ahdeeth Anas (muslim)
like bro IbnAbdulHAkim said we can also wear it but we cant engrave the same words as the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam.

also for men, they can only wear silver as gold has been made unlawful to them in this world, hadeeth Ibn Umar tells us that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam hada gold ring and he used to keep the faucet (right, the stony part) towards his palm, the people also did this, then one day he discarded of it and said 'by Allah i will never wear it' and threw it away and the people did the same...

Sunnah in Takbeeratul Eid? Just a quick reply, but Takbeeratul Eid starts right after it is confirmed that Ramadhan has Ended and Eid will be the next morning. And then it goes until the Imaam comes to gives the khutbah.And you can say it individually or in Jamaa'ah, at home , the masjid, anywhere.

Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar Laa ilaaha illallah Allahu Akbar wa lillah al-hamd ....... you can recite it like that

Narrated Anas:

The ring of the Prophet was of silver, and its stone was of silver too.

so like if one has to wear a ring it should be silver, lol does that count as a answer

Also from hadeeth Asma that whenever a woman with ahigh fever was brought to hershe would say pass me the water, and then she would sprinkle some on the woman's chest and say that the prophet alayhi salaatu wassalaam saod, cool the fever with water,as it os from the vehemence of the heat of hell, Muslim.

Sunnah in curing Fever

Wiping down ones body with water

‏عن النبي ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏قال ‏ "‏الحمى من ‏ ‏فيح ‏ ‏جهنم فأطفئوها بالماء" ‏
‏قال ‏ ‏نافع ‏ ‏وكان ‏ ‏عبد الله ‏ ‏يقول ‏ ‏اكشف عنا الرجز ‏

From Ibn Umar (May Allah be pleased with them both), That Rasulullah (peace be upon him said) "The Fever is from the heat of Hell Fire so cool it with water"
Naafi' said " And Abdullah ibn Umar used to say ' O Allah Releive us of this Punishment' " (i.e. fever)

‏أسماء بنت أبي بكر ‏ ‏كانت إذا أتيت بالمرأة وقد حمت تدعو لها أخذت الماء فصبته بينها وبين جيبها ‏

Whenever a lady who was ill with fever used to be brought to Asmaa' Bint Abi Bakr , She used to make Du'a for her and then take some water and pour it between her chestbones and say "Rasululllah peace be upon him used to order us to cool it (fever) with water"
