mashaAllah! its " fa qad iftaraa..." and "fa qad dhalla ..." rather than wa akhee.

The sacred month is for the sacred month, and for the prohibited things, there is the Law of Equality (Qisâs). Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him. And fear Allâh, and know that Allâh is with Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - V.2:194) .

What is the ayat in which Allah placed the people who took Shahaadah into three categories? you could say that Allah placed them into the categories of Muslim, Mu'min and Muhsin...but it's not mentioend this way in the verse
