this ayah seems too close to be the answer for ur question, :

Al-Ahzab(33) Ayat No: 29

وَإِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَالدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْمُحْسِنَاتِ مِنكُنَّ أَجْراً عَظِيماً
33.29 . But if ye desire Allah and His messenger and the abode of the Hereafter , then lo! Allah hath prepared for the good among you an immense reward .

Second CLUE: It's in Surah at-Tur, now that's a very very very very very very very very very big clue. I'd be very surprised to see anyone missing that . . . O; sorry, got carried away, and gave out the answer . . . ;)

I dont see any ayat mentioning the prophet (saw) and his family getting to paradise in surah at - tur.

if u mean this one then i'd say this ayah doesn't speak abt Prophet's family in particular ! rather its said commonly abt all muslims.

إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ
52.17 . Lo! those who kept their duty dwell in gardens and delight ,

فَاكِهِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ
52.18 . Happy because of what thee Lord hath given them , and ( because ) their Lord hath warded off from them the torment of hell fire .

كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئاً بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
52.19 . ( And it is said until them ) : Eat and drink in health ( as reward ) for what ye used to do ,

مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى سُرُرٍ مَّصْفُوفَةٍ وَزَوَّجْنَاهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٍ
52.20 . Reclining on ranged couches . And We wed them unto fair ones with wide , lovely eyes .

وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَا أَلَتْنَاهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ
52.21 . And they who believe and whose seed follow them in faith , We cause their seed to join them ( there ) , and We deprive them of naught of their ( life ' s ) work . Every man is a pledge for that which he hath earned .
