Theres a Word in a QURAN .. regarding it having a KASRAH it is not pronounced with a KASRAH , but with an "AIR" Sound ..which surah is it and which Ayah ??

The word "Majreha" ! From Surah Hood[11] Ayah 41
وَقَالَ ارْكَبُواْ فِيهَا بِسْمِ اللّهِ مَجْرَاهَا وَمُرْسَاهَا إِنَّ رَبِّي لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
11.41 . And he said : Embark therein! In the name of Allah be its course and its mooring . Lo! my Lord is Forgiving , Merciful .

Yeah ! every ayah of surah Muhammad ends wid a "Mim" except Ayah 24 :
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَى قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا
47.24 . Will they then not meditate on the Quran , or are there locks on the hearts?

good observation brother, that ayah escaped my attentiaon JazzakAllah

also that Majreha did you know that its only the riwaya of Hafs that reads with the fat-ha, the different riwayats have it as a dhumma...just as a point of interest
