I had a feeling that wasn't right. Some of the Surahs were under two categories, like Surah Al-Furqan. Since that's the case I'm choosing Surah Al-Mulk.

يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ (التوبة: 32).
