Aayah(verse) in Juzu' Tabaarak, telling that Al-Mu'minuun will see Allah in judgement day....what is that aayah?

surah al-Qiyamah[75], verse 22 & 23 :


وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَّاضِرَةٌ
75.22 . That day will faces be resplendent ,


إِلَى رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٌ
75.23 . Looking toward their Lord ;

One ayah in qur'an which has some amar[order] in it, but was later cancelled[only the order was cancelled, not tht the ayah was mansookh] by Allah[swt] wid the next following ayah.
& abt which Hazrat Ali[r.a] said he was the only one to Act on tht order of Allah.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّىَ تَعْلَمُواْ مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلاَ جُنُبًا إِلاَّ عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىَ تَغْتَسِلُواْ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاء أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّن الْغَآئِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاء فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا

"O ye who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until ye can understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when travelling on the road), until after washing your whole body. If ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands. For Allah doth blot out sins and forgive again and again."

(An-Nisaa, 4:43) ?

I don't think that was abrogated by the next ayah though.

No Br, n did u read the question properly ? plz do it once again, I also mentioned tht quote of Hazrat Ali [r.a.], saying he was the ONLY one who acted on tht order, n the ayah which u gave is being acted upon by almost every Muslim.

So, do you want the Ayah that was cancelled by the next one, or the Ayah that cancelled it itself?

And, "the next following ayah", you mean the Ayah that comes next in sequence in the Surah, eg If it is Ayah 24, it becomes Ayah 25, and NOT the next Ayah in terms of revelation.
