Default Tellig Lies - 06-26-2006

This is called telling little white lies and the question is now you lost someone's trust and is asked to say allahee ( swear by Allah) everytime you make a statement. Is there some hadith or some dileel on not saying allahee when ever on the freely basis?
Salam Alaikum to all and shuqan to any responses

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM WARAHMATULLHI WABRAKATUHU,
IN URDU/BENGALI THEY REFER THIS AS "QASM" OR IN SLANG "QASME"

i would say that it is a weak way of confirming the truth as we should be able to trust one another. Many muslims who are not very religious refer to this practice when trying to convince the truth.
