I have a few Hadith's to share though this is just a few but i shall update it as often as i can with both Hadith's and informations

Note: " If i am wrong in any case Please correct me so that i can also correct myself "


1. A Muslim whose 3 children die before the age of puberty will be granted
Paradise by Allah due to his mercy for them

Bukhari -1248


2. The right of a Muslim on the Muslims are 5:

to return the greeting,
to visit the sick,
to follow the funeral processions,
to accept the invitation and
to reply sneezer.

Bukhari -1240


3. My Friend (The Prophet (saw)) advised me to do 3 things and i shall not
leave them till i die these are:

To fast 3 days every month
to offer the Luha prayer and
to offer Withr prayer before sleeping

Bukhari - 1178


4. On Fridays the Prophet(saw) used to recite Alif-Lam-MimTanzil As-Sajda (in the first raka'th) and Hal atha alal Insani i.e. Surath Dahr (in the second raka'th), in the Fajr prayer

Bukhari - 1068


5. 7 people will be shaded by Allah under His shade. On a day when
No shade except His shade. They are:

1. A just ruler;
2. A young man who has been brought up in the worship of Allah
3. A man whose heart is attached to the mosque.
4. Two persons who love each other only for Allahs sake and they meet and part in Allahs cause only..
5. A man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for an illict sexual intercourse with her and says: i am afraid of Allah.
6. A person who gives charity so secretly that his left hand doesn't know what his right hand gave.
7. A person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes get flooded with tears.

Bukhari - 1423.


6. Keys of the unseen knowledge are 5 which nobody knows but Allah:

nobody knows what will happen tomorrow;
nobody knows what is in the womb;
nobody know that he will gain tomorrow;
nobody knows at what place he will die; and
nobody knows when it will rain

Bukhari - 1039


7. If 2 Muslims meet each other with their swords then (both) killer and killed Are in (Hell) Fire.

I said : O Allah's Apostle! It is alright for killer, but what about the killed one?
He said: The killed one was eager to kill his opponent.

Bukhari - 6875.


8. 5 things are in accordance with Al-Fitra(i.e. the tradition of Prophets):

to be circumised,
to shave the pelvic region
to pull out the hair of the armpits.
to cut short the moustaches, and
to clip the nails.

Bukhari - 6297.

9. That Who desires may fast on the day of Ashura

Bukhari - 2000


10. The real patience is at the first stroke of a calamity

Bukhari - 1302


11. I never saw Prophet(saw) seeking to fast on a day more preferrable
to him than this day, the day of Ashura or this month

Bukhari - 2006


12. At every womb Allah appoints an angel who says:

O Lord! A drop of semen,
O Lord! A clot,
O Lord! A little lump of flesh.

Then if Allah wishes (to complete) its creation, the angel asks:

(O Lord!)
will it be a male or female?
Miserable or happy?
What about his livelihood?
And his fate?

All that is written while the child is stil in the mother's womb.

Bukhari - 318.

13. Whenever you see a funeral procession,
u should stand up,
& whoever accompanies it
should not sit till coffin is put down.

Bukhari - 1310


14. If anyone of u enters a mosque,
he should not sit until
he has offered 2 Rak'a prayer (Tahiyatul masjid).

Bukhari - 1163


15. If the Iqama is said for the prayer,
don't run for it but just walk for it calmly
and offer Salat whatever you get and
complete whatever you have missed.

Bukhari - 908


16. All of you are guardians and
responsible for your wards and
the things under your care.

Bukhari - 893


17. Bath on Friday is compulsory for those
who have attained the age of puberty.

Bukhari - 2665

19. Don't shut your money bag;
otherwise Allah too will withhold his blessings from you.
Spend (in Allah's cause) as much as you can afford.

20. Don't abuse the dead, because they have reached
the destination of what they forwarded.

Bukhari - 1393


21. Save yourself from Hell-Fire even
by giving half a date-fruit as charity.

Bukhari - 1417


22. That who desires an expansion in his sustenance & age,
should keep good relations with his kith and kin.

Bukhari - 2067


23. Every child is born with a true faith of Islam
(i.e. to worship no one but Allah alone)
but his parents convert him to Judaism, Christianity or Magainism,
as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do u find it mutilating?.

Bukhari - 1359


24. All of you are guardians &
responsible for your wards &
the things under your care.

Bukhari - 893

is this the meaning of "fitra"? i thought it was nature - like in human nature, the natural state of the human being, etc.

The prophets are an example for mankind, and therefore Allaah leaves these prophets on the natural state of fitrah. Whereas we as normal people might fall into major sins and our fitrah may get altered in a way due to these sins.

Prophets dont do major sins hence their fitrah isn't altered by the will of Allaah, hence they are an example for us to follow.

if i understand islam correctly, i would agree that it is our natural state to be close to god and then we do things that make us distant.

Yeah it is, because as children we naturally feel helpless and depend on a greater authority. When we grow up, in reality - we're still like kids inside because we feel helpless at times, and when a persons sad - they might sigh and just cry out for help.. thats why having that connection with Allaah through prayer etc makes us feel more confident, it removes that anxiety away from us.


Due to society - our fitrah usually gets altered and some people may become arrogant, some people may harm others and gradually come to like it. This is part of continous sinning, where the person is turning away from their natural state of fitrah because as children, you can think back and know that you never liked being arrogant or harming others [even though others around the person may have acted this way]. Yet if society promotes the idea of being aggressive [i.e. acting like a thug], then the person may follow this idea in order to get 'popular' etc. - this is why guidance from Allaah and fitrah come hand in hand. So even if someones fitrah has altered, the guidance can bring them back to their original state [because they have a criterion which they can measure & change themselves by.]


Fitrah by itself is like a pre-programming, but due to the interaction we have with others our pre-programming may get altered so we need guidance and positive reinforcement [i.e. reward from Allaah] to encourage us to do good.

A hadith is a saying or action of the Messenger of Allaah, Muhammad (peace be upon him.)


The above hadith applies to both males and females.

Sorry for not clarifying it abit more clearly:



The men are required to be circumcised, whereas it isn't obligatory for females.

To shave the pubic hair and to remove the hair from the armpits is required for males and females alike. To cut the nails is also required for both males and females. (I think once within atleast 40days according to other ahadith.)

The moustache should be trimmed by males, and i don't think its forbidden for women to trim it if they have one [due to genetics etc.] And Allaah knows best.
