Masha Allaah for both of you for your decision to become Muslims. I made this same exact choice and took Shahadah 4 yrs ago this past July. I will make dua for the both of you. How did the month of Ramadan go for you and your fiancee?

Selam brother. Talk with some good Imam about this, talk with some good muslim doctor about this. Allah doesn't want to make it heard for us. If she can, she must fast, if she can't .. let her try fast some (not all days) days of Ramadhan. You should solve the problem with anorexia first, after that it will be good fasting. We will make dua for you and for her BUT beside dua you should take care for her.
This is my opinion, hope it does agree with the Islamic one.
