Your body just gets rid of it double quick and dehydration follows more quickly (em that's my personal experience anyway, I'm not claiming to be a scientist or anything). So it is better to have 2 glasses of water before the fast, not more. I would avoid all stimulants like tea or coffee as well. It's hard at first but your body soon adapts, alhamdulillah and I find I become less and less thirsty during the day as Ramadan progresses. |
