Prophet Muhammed and Ayub and Yusuf

Prophet Muhammad salAllahu aleyhi weselam, then comes Prophet Süleyman (Solomon) aleyhi selam.

As Salaam Alaykum,

Would be cool if everyone mentioned their reasons?

da first is the prophet mohamed pbuh..den ayrub..because he was been pateint for years..then all i guess.

All Prophets are my favourites... but the two (Prophets) I like the most are, Prophet Muhammad S.W.S and Hadhrat Ibrahim khalil-ul-Allah.

Hadhrat Ibrahim, being most obedient to God, was about to sacrifice the life of his son Ismail, and because of his obedience that He (ALLAH) multiplied his progeny into billions. He was also given the great honor of being the forefather of the Holy Prophet of Islam Muhammad S.W.S.
The stone on which Hazrat Ibrahim stood and built the Baitullah, the said stone on account of the touch of his sacred feet, was venerated to such an extent that it was placed right in front of the Baitullaa (and named Muqam-e-Ibrahim) and declared a sacred site for offering prayers. It is recognised as a ‘Sign’ among other signs of Allah.
At Mina, Hadhrat Ibrahim threw pebbles at Jamarat and later performed sacrifice at this place. these acts of Hadhrat Ibrahim were given Divine approbation and commemorated as Hajj rituals — to be observed compulsorily by every pilgrim visiting the sacred land of Makkah.

And because of Hadhrat Ibrahim's infant son Hadhrat Ismail we are drinking ZAM ZAM today... ,This is a gift from Allaah to Makkah and to its pilgrims.

Hmmm... I cannot choose between Süleyman aleyhi selam and Ibrahim aleyhi selam, I thought I could but nooo! Forgive me, I must have 3 favourites, otherwise I'm not honest to myself. Sorry.


- Prophet Muhammad salAllahu aleyhi weselam, because he is the most Beloved of God. The best character and most certainly does one who loves Allah also love Muhammad. The best of beings!! Laillahe ilAllah we Muhammedu rasulullah!

- Prophet Süleyman aleyhi selam, because of his superior knowledge and sense of judgment. He ruled over many kingdoms, was a great leader, lead one of the strongest armies, spoke the language of the birds and ruled over the Jinns. It is said that when the Mahdi comes and will rule, it will be a lot like the time of Süleyman. SubhanAllah!

- Prophet Ibrahim aleyhi selam, truly a hanif, because of his strong submission to Allah, his fight against the pagans, his courage and being frank. His intelligent way of indicating the truth with questions and behaviour and moral values.

MashaAllah, truly our Prophets peace be upon them all, were amazing!

I love all the prophets! (Peace be upon them all)

oh its really hard to chose. but if I chose based on their stories and biographies peace be upon them all, I would chose:
1. Mohammed PBUH
2. Jesus PBUH
3. Yusif PBUH

Obviously Rasulullah (saws) first and foremost...and then.. I love all the prophets... but ones i like are Prophet Aadam (as), because we share the same name lol, and even though he isn't a prophet Luqman (as) for his wisdom.

Muhammad (peace be upon him)! The best of all Creation, greatest of Mankind. For his sake, may all our lives be sacrificed!

After him, then Isa (AS), who is also a very special Prophet, nothing compared to Rasoolallah (peace be upon him), but still very important. He will come down to join the Mahdi (RA), he will be like his certificate of authority, the proof to all people that he who opposes the Mahdi is trying to oppose God's Plan itself, and not just an ordinary man. Plus, he will kill the Dajjal himself.

I like both Josef and Moses for their example of obeying God's word and following him, despite the times of hardship and tough learning.

I like Jonah, because I can sometimes relate to the panic with which he ran from what God had instructed him to do ... only to realise his mistakes eventually and agree to follow God's will.

prophet Mohammed SAW, also Ibrahim, and a favorite indeed is Prophet Moses because he had such a vulnerability to him.. when I read these verses in the Quran, they make me cry remembering my own struggles..

[Pickthal 20:25] (Moses) said: My Lord! relieve my mind

وَ[Pickthal 20:26] And ease my task for me;

[Pickthal 20:27] And loose a knot from my tongue,

[Pickthal 20:28] That they may understand my saying

prophet Moses, had a stutering problem, and I can imagine his fears in the face of a tyrant like the pharoh.. I know how they paint Moses all Charleston Heston like..but, there was something very vulnerable and tender about him..

prophet Mohammed had many such incidents, as when he went to call the people of thaqeef to the path of Allah swt, only to be teased and thrown with rocks
