I kinda figured it out...it has to do with the 9 times table...if u look at all the factors of 9 (9; 18; 27; 36; 45; 54; etc.) on the chart...they all have the same symbol...

because wateva answer u get, its mostly in the 9 times table. and if you look at the symbols for the 9 times table, they're all the same!
