To smile wide and just be strong
__________________That's something I haven't done for long. Life is busy, along with my mind I can't hold track of everything inside, My thoughts are swaying away, Some feelings I can't express in words, I take help from the story told through my eyes. Friends know, friends see They don't need my lips and tongue to form what's real Everything is shown, in the mirrror of my soul. Now I smile, quite wide again What a pretty smile I've got, More often I should smile they say. Easy to talk, it's much harder to walk. If they saw life through my eyes, took my place, Read my mind, felt my heart, the burdens' weight, the pain in my soul, the grief in my home, I doubt they'd smile, but I hope they'd try, Just like I do, from time to time. Standing in the middle of a tornado, feeling serenity inside of me. Around me there's chaos, Yet I remain at peace. |

Just like I do, from time to time,
__________________faceless individual that I am, one of the thousands everyday, never to be seen again, gone. Trying to find a place called home, have a house, but that's just brick and stone. Trying to find a place of rest, something to fill that niche in my breast, Ive looked left and Ive looked right, pondered at dawn, reminisced at night, patiently searching, for that which I may never find. Hope keeps me going, so my feelings keep flowing, hours, days, months, and years, time, in its cruelty, feeds my fears, oh my soul, please don't fall behind, don't pursue a Day where you'll cause me to be raised blind... [My first humble attempt at poetry, inspired to try and write something...hopefully it wasn't too painful to read  ] هَلْ جَزَاء الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ؟ Is there any reward for good other than good? [ar-Rahman: 60] "However, keep in mind that you must instruct the people with kindness and mercy. Don’t take this answer and shove it in their faces. Be kind, gentle and patient." - Imam Suhaib Webb, advising after giving an answer.  O Allah, Lord of Jibril, Mika'il and Israfil, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, You will judge between Your servants concerning that wherein they differ. Guide me with regard to that wherein there is dispute concerning the truth by Your leave, for You guide whomsoever You will to the straight path. Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I misguide others, or I am misguided by others, lest I cause others to err or I am caused to err, lest I abuse others or be abused, and lest I behave foolishly or meet with the foolishness of others. |

Haya 3ala Salah, jump out of bed, stumble and fall get up again and stand up tall make wudu, get your rug, and start to pray ask Allah to forgive all the sins you did that day but many of us we get on our knees only in times of need when our loved ones are about to die or when our personal lives are under siege, but what about when we got food to eat happy with our family somtimes i think happines is an enemy because in those times its Allah we fail to seek and praise for the blessings we recieve, as we stuff our face but i know that forever i'm a sinner deep inside me theres a battle between my pure spirit and human nature * Cherished Jewels * ^ Updated ^ |
