OK, you guys seem like you know a thing or two about business, so I need some good quality advice on something:

I am being forced to sell items to some customers, and I really don't know if I should give these items away... they are quite precious you see. I've been making some bargains but I need help on what makes a good bargain and how do I know if I am making the right decision?
