the main sect in Oman

i dont remeber exactly how to pronouce the name, however, as stated in the title, they are the main sect that exsists in oman.
i just want to know, who are they, and it is true that they reject that the inhabitants of jannah will not see Allahs Face. i.e the following ayah Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and beauty). Looking towards their Lord (Translation, Surat al-Qiyamah, 75: 22-23)
How should we deal with such people. and are they kuffar for disbelieving this.
